The Barn
The Barn at The Homeplace is a 2,500-square-foot event space designed to accommodate both wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as other large gatherings. Adjacent to the main space are private Bride and Groom Rooms, each equipped with an ensuite restroom for comfort and convenience. The Barn also features a fully equipped warming kitchen to support catering needs and three public restrooms for guests.
Beginning in June, a new 1,200-square-foot outdoor covered area will be available, offering a beautiful cedar-accented setting for ceremonies, receptions, or open-air events. This addition provides a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for celebrating in any season.
Cedar Hall
Cedar Hall is a 1,500-square-foot spacious room that offers both indoor and outdoor facilities for celebrations of all types. It provides an inviting atmosphere for smaller weddings, family gatherings, corporate meetings, or group meals. With its flexible layout and comfortable design, Cedar Hall is ideal for intimate events that call for a warm and welcoming setting.
Lodging and Accommodations
The Homeplace provides comfortable on-site lodging that can be included with weekend events or reserved separately for private stays. Ideal for family vacations, scrapbooking weekends, or group retreats, the home offers:

A multi-purpose room designed for large groups or specialized activities
Rentals and Amenities
All rentals include table and chair setup for the event. Weddings include table linens in black or white, with additional color options available in the on-site decoration building. Any decorations available at The Homeplace are included for use with booked weddings, allowing couples to personalize their celebration with ease.
