One-Day Rentals (No Lodging)
Perfect for couples who have their timeline perfected and want a focused day of celebration.
Monday – Thursday: $2,000 (7:00 am – 9:30 pm)
Friday or Saturday: $3,000 (7:00 am – 11:00 pm)
Includes ceremony (indoor or outdoor) setup and reception setup for up to 150 people.
Tablecloths are included from our in-stock table lines.
Pews or chairs are available for ceremony.
2 Parking attendants and day of coordinator are included.
2026 Brides will receive a $500 credit for décor that we will purchase specifically for your wedding.
Two-Day Rentals
Enjoy a relaxed pace with time for a rehearsal and setup.
Monday – Thursday: $3,000
Thursday & Friday: $4,000
Friday & Saturday: $5,000

Rehearsal dinner set up in Cedar Hall for up to 50.

The Fine Print
Guest Capacity: Standard pricing covers up to 150 guests. Additional guests (up to 200 maximum) are $10 per person.
Vendors: You provide your own photographer, florist, baker, and caterer. We are happy to share our curated list of preferred local vendors.
Alcohol: Service requires special event insurance and an insured bartender. All alcohol must be provided by the client.
All-Inclusive Options: Custom quotes are available for those seeking a full-service experience, including a wedding director to manage all vendor coordination.
Add-On Lodging (available with 2-day rentals)
Package Add-on: $1,000 for a 2-night stay
Accommodations: Sleeps up to 17 guests with flexible bedding options in two rooms where twin beds can be converted into king-size beds.
The master suite may also be used as a bridal suite with a large master bathroom and sitting area.
Added Benefit: When lodging is chosen with 2-day package, the rehearsal dinner may be set up around the pool at “The Heart of the Homeplace” as an option.
Custom Stay: Lodging is also available per day if wedding party chooses to use it for family or friends coming in prior to wedding or staying post-wedding. Contact us for pricing.
Micro-Weddings
If you prefer a smaller wedding or getting married on a short time line, the micro wedding might be for you.
Weekday Rate: $1,000 (4-hour window).
Short-Notice Weekend: $2,000 (If booked within 6 weeks of the date).
Setting: Setup in Cedar Hall or outdoors for up to 50 people. The Barn may be utilized if both ceremony and reception are held in the single venue.
If you choose lodging for the night ($400/night weeknight, if you get a last-minute weekend date, $600/night) then you may choose the pool area for either ceremony or reception or both.
Elopement
If you and just a few family and friends (up to 15 guests) want to share in a quick ceremony with a simple cake and punch reception then this may be the package for you.
Details: A 2-hour weekday window for a quick ceremony and a simple cake-and-punch reception.
Booking: Can be booked up to 2 months in advance. (Last-minute Saturdays may be available if booked within 1 month).
